IntelliTracs upgrade activities.
Complete end to end process of Agent processing , automated Case creation & attachment.
Understanding of the Admin modules viz. Decision Tree \ Knowledgebase \ Concepts\ Action template \ user access etc.
Good understanding of PIM applications like IntelliDirect , Mbgateway , Reformatter ,Agent services etc.
Development\unit\Regression\E2E\ testing.
System testing and deployment ,release process , change request , post production support and warranty.
BAU L2\L3 Support related to IntelliTracs ,Intellitran Research and Intellimatch applications.

Mandatory Skills

Crystal Reports.
Microsoft Technology - SSIS packages and Visual Studio.
Microsoft SQL Server ,Technology (packages, etc.).
Should be able to read\build\modify SQL queries. Develop Stored Proc’s ,views, functions etc.
Requirement gathering and technical specification documentation.
Release packages \ deployment \change requests and post deployment support.
Windows application Server 2022
Communication , analytical skills, systems analysis ,investigation and resolutions.
Technical expertise in documentation - code reviews, deployment process ,Tech Spec’s, project documentations etc.

Payment System Desired Skills

handling SWIFT mandatory projects.
Payment modernisation – Swift MT \ ISO MX messages.
Understanding of IBM WebSphere MQ
Windows batch processing and services.
Financial banking experience.
Service Now and Jira
