Role Description:
The Delivery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagercoil, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of Generic Medicines and Surgical supplies to customers. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing orders, loading and unloading products, verifying delivery documentation, and maintaining clear communication with customers and the internal team. The role also involves handling basic customer queries at the point of delivery, coordinating with warehouse and logistics staff, and reporting any delivery issues or discrepancies. The Delivery Specialist must follow safety and compliance guidelines, keep delivery vehicles and equipment in good condition, and support smooth integration of deliveries into clients’ operations.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills to manage client interactions professionally.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues across operations.
Basic understanding of recruiting and integration to assist with onboarding and aligning with company processes, if required.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling medical and surgical products.
Valid driving license and safe driving record, with familiarity in local routes around Nagercoil.
Physical ability to lift, move, and handle packages as part of daily delivery tasks.
Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or healthcare supply chain is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification at secondary school level or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
