Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Namakkal. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. The role involves managing daily posting schedules, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to align social media activity with broader marketing goals. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends and proposing new ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan campaigns, define content calendars, and align social media activities with marketing objectives.
Candidates should possess basic analytics and reporting skills to interpret social media metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
Relevant qualifications such as experience in social media management, familiarity with major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and knowledge of digital marketing principles are beneficial.
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, provided the candidate can demonstrate strong practical skills.
Ability to work on-site in Namakkal, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
