Job Description
Lead the design, development, and execution of HR Digital Transformation strategies to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital adoption across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop the HR Digital Transformation roadmap aligned with business and HR strategy
.
Drive execution of digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and realization of business benefits.
Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and technology-enabled improvements across the HR value chain.
Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and end users to define requirements and implement digital solutions.
Foster user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training initiatives.
Monitor project performance, track key outcomes, and continuously enhance HR digital capabilities.
