Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Krishnagiri for an Online Shopping Platform Specialist at DBA Fashion Consultant. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the online shopping platform, including listing products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory. The specialist will interact with customers, respond to inquiries, assist with order placement, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales and customer behavior, conducting basic market research on fashion trends, and coordinating with internal teams to improve platform performance and user experience. The role may involve supporting promotional campaigns, preparing simple reports, and assisting with training new team members on platform processes and standards.
