Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting consultancy services, and building long-term relationships to support business growth. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing plans, prepare proposals, conduct client meetings, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting promotional activities, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and contributing to training and awareness programs related to ISO and management systems. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve service positioning.

Skills:
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive lead generation, conversions, and account growth.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support client education, awareness sessions, and basic program delivery.
Relevant experience in consulting, ISO certification, or B2B services sales is beneficial.
Knowledge of marketing principles, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing practices is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain organized documentation of sales activities.
