Role Description The Principal is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Salem, responsible for the overall academic and administrative management of the institution. The role includes overseeing curriculum implementation, supporting faculty performance, and ensuring that teaching practices align with institutional standards and regulatory requirements. The Principal will manage day-to-day operations such as scheduling, resource allocation, policy enforcement, and coordination with administrative staff. This position includes engaging with students and families, addressing concerns, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment, and leading initiatives to improve educational quality and outcomes. The Principal will also represent the institution in community and professional forums, driving strategic planning and institutional development.
Qualifications

Proven leadership and management abilities in an academic setting, including team supervision and decision-making.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills for effective collaboration with faculty, staff, students, and families.
Experience with curriculum planning, academic assessment, and quality assurance in education.
Ability to interpret and implement educational policies, regulatory requirements, and institutional guidelines.
Competence in using basic educational technologies and administrative systems to support teaching and operations.
Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field; formal training in school administration or educational leadership is highly beneficial.
Prior experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Department Head, or senior academic administrator is preferred.
