Associate Project Manager

Job Description
Lead end-to-end software development and implementation projects.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers,
DevOps, and Support teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate business requirements into project deliverables.
Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups,
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Software Project Management.
Proven experience managing enterprise software, ERP, CRM, WMS, Mobile
Applications, and Web Application projects.
Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) development teams.
Good understanding of PostgreSQL database architecture, optimization, and database - driven Application development
