Purpose of the Role:
1) To lead the Employee Engagement functions of the HRD in the organisation.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
EE Policy / SOP Formulation & Communication
Employee Engagement - Plans & Budget Approval
Policy framework for formulating CFTs/ TFTs / SITs across Organization
Ensure HR's Participation in Developmental Initiatives - ACME, ACDE, TQM, I-Focus etc.,
Conducting Employee Engagment Surveys acrosss Organization
Standardization of all the Business Processes across all the units with the support of TQM
Establish the Policies for Rewards and Recognitions
Formulation of Audit framework for EE - Adherence to SOPs
Conducting Half yearly audit in all the Units
EE MIS Reports
