We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM (Talent, Workflow & Experience) professional to manage Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM), Talent Management, Learning Management, HR Helpdesk, and Expense Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), BPM Worklist, OTBI Reporting, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to enhance employee experience and streamline HR workflows.

Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in:

Experience & Eligibility (Desirable)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) Base Cloud Service.
Strong expertise in Core HR, Talent Management, Learning Management, Expense Management, and HR Helpdesk.
Experience developing and extending Oracle Fusion user interfaces using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Configure and manage complex approval workflows using Oracle BPM Worklist, including multi-level approval hierarchies.
Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Expense Management, ensuring compliance with audit and approval policies.
Experience deploying and administering Oracle Fusion Learning Management for compliance training, certifications, and employee development.
Experience configuring HR Helpdesk for employee service requests, case management, and automated ticket routing.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
Ability to customize Oracle Fusion applications based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Administration
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Core HR and Talent Management modules.
Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes.
Configure workforce structures, job profiles, grades, positions, and approval workflows.
User Interface & Experience
Develop and customize Oracle Fusion user interfaces using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
Enhance user experience by extending Oracle pages and implementing business-specific UI components.
Ensure responsive and user-friendly application design.
Workflow & Approval Management
Configure dynamic approval rules using Oracle BPM Worklist.
Implement multi-level approval hierarchies for HR, expense, and business transactions.
Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot approval issues.
Talent & Learning Management
Configure and manage Talent Management processes including performance, goals, succession planning, and career development.
Implement and maintain Oracle Learning Management for mandatory compliance training, employee learning, and certification programs.
Monitor employee learning progress and training compliance.
Expense Management & HR Helpdesk
Configure Oracle Expense Management and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Implement audit rules and approval controls for expense claims.
Manage HR Helpdesk operations including employee case management and ticket routing.
Reporting & Analytics
Design dashboards and reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
Generate workforce analytics, HR reports, and operational dashboards.
Support management with actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Oracle HCM solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and coordinate with Oracle support when necessary.
Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
