We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer – Software Programmer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications for the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have experience in Full Stack Java Development, modern web technologies, microservices architecture, and Core Banking Systems such as Finacle 10x. Candidates with prior Banking or Payment Systems experience will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Software Development, Testing, Maintenance, or large-scale Banking Software applications.

Experience (Desirable)
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, testing, or application maintenance.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Hands-on experience in Full Stack Java Development using:

Experience developing web applications using:

Strong understanding and implementation of Microservices Architecture following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications.
Develop scalable and secure applications using Java (J2EE) and Spring Boot.

Design and implement microservices-based applications.
Develop, customize, and support Core Banking applications where applicable.
Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.
Deploy and manage applications using Docker and modern deployment practices.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality software.
Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure software security, coding standards, and performance optimization.
Provide production support and resolve application issues when required.
