Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a recognized university.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist in a Bank, Financial Institution, or any organization managing large-scale databases.
Strong hands-on experience in Python, R, or other data science programming languages.
Experience in developing predictive models, forecasting, and machine learning solutions.
Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as:
SAS
Tableau
Microsoft Power BI
Experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and interpreting complex datasets.
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using data analytics.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support business decisions.
Build dashboards and interactive reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational policies.
Optimize data models and improve the accuracy of forecasting and reporting.
