About the Role

The Sales and Customer Success Representative (Tirunelveli, TN - Full-Time - On-Site) role at Velcaryn LLP is a full-time, on-site position based at our modern hub in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. This role involves supporting the sales and operations team with the daily coordination of orders, quotations, and customer communications. You will ensure accurate and timely processing of inquiries and domestic or cross-border transactions.

You will maintain detailed sales records, update internal systems and CRM databases, and prepare sales reports for management. The role requires continuous liaison with hospital procurement buyers, medical suppliers, and logistics partners to track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in organising sales meetings, preparing business presentations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer inquiries, generate accurate sales quotations, and manage sales orders from placement through delivery.
Maintain clean sales records, update internal CRM systems, and build structured reporting for management review.
Coordinate directly with buyers, healthcare institutional procurement teams, and logistics partners to ensure on-time shipments.
Track domestic and export shipments, resolve operational delays, and ensure strict compliance with healthcare trade standards.
Assist in preparing sales collateral, client presentations, and organising internal operational meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements

Sales Operations Skills: Proven ability to manage orders, documentation, and internal operational workflows efficiently.
Customer Service Focus: Strong background in handling client inquiries, supporting institutional buyers, and building long-term professional relationships.
Communication Skills: Clear, professional spoken and written communication in English and local languages for seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Organisation & Time Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
Industry & System Experience: Relevant experience in medical supplies, healthcare trade, or logistics is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
Education: A diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline is preferred.
