## Educational Qualification
### Required
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
### Preferred
* Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
## Experience
* **2–4 years** of professional experience in software engineering or full-stack application development.
## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications following industry best practices.
* Develop backend services using **Java**, **Go**, or **Python** to build reliable and high-performance applications.
* Create responsive and interactive user interfaces using **JavaScript**, **TypeScript**, **React**, or comparable front-end frameworks.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software within project timelines.
* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design documentation activities.
* Follow software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards.
* Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and implement effective solutions.
* Contribute to automation, deployment, and platform engineering activities.
* Utilize AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve development productivity.
## Technical & Professional Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Strong programming skills in at least one backend language such as **Java**, **Go**, or **Python**.
* Experience developing front-end applications using **JavaScript**, **TypeScript**, **React**, or similar modern frameworks.
* Hands-on experience with **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**; knowledge of **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** or **Microsoft Azure** is an added advantage.
* Familiarity with **Kubernetes**, containerization technologies such as **Docker**, and cloud-native application development.
* Experience with **CI/CD pipelines**, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
* Knowledge of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools such as **Terraform** or equivalent platforms.
* Proficiency with **Git** and version control workflows.
* Good understanding of software architecture, SDLC, testing, debugging, and application deployment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
## Preferred Skills
