## Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust software applications using **C++**.
* Build scalable and maintainable solutions by applying software architecture principles and design patterns.
* Analyze application issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement effective fixes to improve software stability.
* Investigate production incidents by performing memory dump analysis and root cause identification.
* Develop and maintain Windows-based applications using **Win32 APIs** and related technologies.
* Collaborate with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.
* Optimize application performance, reliability, and resource utilization.
* Support software testing, deployment, maintenance, and production issue resolution.
* Stay informed about new technologies and recommend improvements that enhance application quality and development efficiency.
## Technical & Professional Requirements
* **5–10 years** of hands-on experience in **C++ application development**.
* Strong knowledge of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** concepts, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
* Experience implementing software architecture and design patterns, especially for desktop or user interface applications.
* Ability to work with large-scale, enterprise-level codebases.
* Expertise in debugging complex applications, including memory leak detection and memory dump analysis.
* Hands-on experience with **Win32 SDK**, Windows APIs, and native Windows application development.
* Strong understanding of application performance tuning, stability improvements, and code optimization.
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with source control systems such as Git is an added advantage.
