## Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective software solutions.
* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using the .NET framework while following coding standards and best practices.
* Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality application components throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Develop responsive user interfaces using **React.js** and integrate them with backend services.
* Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure robust solutions.
* Identify application issues, troubleshoot defects, and implement efficient fixes to improve system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams during development, testing, deployment, and production support.
* Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality standards.
## Technical & Professional Requirements
* Minimum **3+ years** of hands-on experience in software development.
* Strong knowledge of **.NET Framework/.NET Core**, C#, and web application development.
* Experience with **React.js**, **Node.js**, **Redux**, **React Native**, and reactive programming concepts.
* Good understanding of **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)**, **Object-Oriented Design (OOD)**, Design Patterns, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and coordinating project activities.
* Proficiency with **Git** and version control workflows.
* Experience working with relational databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
* Ability to design database schemas that support business requirements and ensure data integrity.
* Experience implementing unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
* Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
