A Civil Site Engineer at Jehovah Nissi Design Build Pvt. Ltd. focuses on day-to-day execution, material handling, labor management, and quality control directly on the construction site. Unlike the higher-level strategy handled by a site manager, the site engineer oversees immediate, technical field operations to ensure the structural integrity of the project matches the blueprint specifications.

Core Job Responsibilities :

Blueprint Execution: Interpret engineering plans, 2D/3D layouts, and structural drawings to mark alignments and guide the workforce on-site.

Daily Supervision: Monitor day-to-day civil construction work, concrete mixing, reinforcement placements, and brickwork to maintain engineering standards.

Material Quality Checks: Inspect incoming construction raw materials (cement, steel, aggregates) for quality compliance before use.

Vendor and Labor Tracking: Coordinate daily tasks for foremen, labor crews, and subcontractors to meet specific physical targets.

Reporting: Document daily site logs, track material consumption, and draft progress reports for the branch or project manager.
